Objective

The student can assess, maintain, and develop his / her professional language skills in accordance with the principles of lifelong learning. She can analyze and evaluate social media and blogs as part of working-life communication. The student can evaluate and develop his / her own activities in relation to individual career development goals.

The target level of the course meets level B2 on the Common European Scale.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

All course tasks are complete. To receive a 1 requires the completion of tasks that partially cover the main points about the topics. The tasks demonstrate a modest command of the aspects as defined in the description of each individual task. The student input meets levels A2-B1.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

All course tasks are complete. To receive a 3 requires the completion of tasks that cover the main points about the topics and can be characterized professional. The tasks demonstrate a good command of the aspects as defined in the description of each individual task. The student input meets level B1.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

All course tasks complete within the given submission periods. To receive a 5 requires flawless tasks that truly cover the main points about the topics and can be characterized professional. The tasks demonstrate an excellent command of the aspects as defined in the description of each individual task. The student input meets levels B1 – C1.
