Objective

With the help of forecasting research, the student can identify the development directions of the operating environment and the industry. The student can describe the change drivers of strategic renewal and their role and importance in strategic planning. The student can evaluate the effects of identified change factors and change processes on the company's business and analyze the company's value creation and earnings logic in a changing world. The student can identify new business opportunities and work in a learning group and evaluate his own and others' skills.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student participates in the lesson passively and does not participate in the discussion.
The student understands forecasting methods when evaluating the direction of a company's strategic renewal, but the use and application is superficial.
The student narrowly uses forecasting information when developing a plan for strategic renewal.
The student superficially evaluates the effects of change drivers and change processes on the company's current business operations.
The student understands the importance of feasibility in identifying new business opportunities, but the analysis remains narrow.
