The student knows essential laws and regulations on marketing. The student knows which legal frameworks apply in both consumer and B2B-marketing.

Legal studies in virtual enterprise activities.

The student has carried out work and participated actively. The student can recognize and plan marketing both for consumers and for other merchants by taking into consideration marketing legislation.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student has carried out work thoroughly and participated actively and constructively. The student can recognize and plan very well marketing both for consumers and for another merchant by taking into consideration marketing legislation.
