Objective

Students are able to recognize the stages and contents of acquisitions and selling firms. Students are able to plan an acquisition and selling process and he knows central principles of valuation of a small firm.

Content

-stages and contents of mergers and acquisitions
-mergers and acquisitions as a part of strategic development of a firm
-buying a business as a way to start or to grow business
-integration of an acquisition
-succcessful prerequisites of mergers and acquisitions
-channels of selling and buying businesses
-different principles of valuation of a firm
