Objective
The student knows the basic structures of the organization, their historical background and significance of the activities of the organization. He knows the various aspects of organizational behavior and know how to apply them to the management activities. The students know the superior and the subordinate tasks and their effects on the working community, he identifies the different management models of the main managerial tasks and related skills requirements. During the course, students will be able to recognize their own leadership skills and development of its properties. He knows the managerial communication styles, situations and means, and how to use them.
