Objective

The student will know how to plan, evaluate and develop library services.

Content

- Introduction: Who decides on the library services and finances them?
- process of strategic planning
- evaluation of the quality of library services
- productization of library services
- design of forms of service and methods of user data acquisition and utilization
- projects as tools of development
- anticipation of the future
