Objective
The "Retail Operating Environment" course introduces the retail sector and the impact of its operating environment. The aim is to understand how changes in the operating environment affect retail in various ways. The course explores retail competition strategies, career paths, and entrepreneurial opportunities within the sector. In addition, it addresses sustainability in retail and the future of the industry from different perspectives.
The K Group is used as a key example, but the course also provides a broad understanding of the retail sector in general.
