Objective
The student is able to take legal and voluntary actions for the recovery of a debt. S/he can compose a legally valid demand for payment and an application for a summons. The student can describe the stages of bankruptcy proceedings and execution proceedings.

The student is able to explain generally, how to collect debt by voluntary actions and by legal actions. S/he is able to search for essential information about legislation concerning bankruptcy proceedings and execution. The student is able to explain, what kind of differences there are concerning realization of different securities.

S/he is able to search for and apply in practice essential legislation concerning bankruptcy proceedings and execution. The student is able to explain generally the proceedings concerning realization of different securities.

The student is able to take both voluntary and legal actions for the recovery of a debt in practice. S/he is able to search for and apply in practice legislation concerning bankruptcy proceedings and execution.
