Objective
The goal of the ‘Construction Software Solutions’ course is to equip students with the skills to
utilize digital tools used in the construction industry. The course introduces and tests software
used in various stages of the construction process and familiarizes students with the principles
of their use and application.
Upon completion, the student will be able to:
• Utilize digital tools in the construction industry
• Recognize the benefits of various software at different stages of the construction process

• Various digital tools in the construction industry
• Practical exercises on the use of construction software and other digital tools
• Theory of software and different use cases for software applications
Location and time
INDEPENDENTLY COMPLETED ONLINE COURSE
The course allows students to study at their own pace within the given course period. The introductory session is recorded and uploaded to Moodle. The final exam is completed using the EXAM system.

Teaching methods
FULLY INDEPENDENT ONLINE STUDY:
The study is conducted online in the Moodle learning environment. The study is carried out independently at your own pace during the implementation period. The course includes a one-hour introductory session delivered via Teams.
The student familiarizes themselves with the theoretical material, software quides, and recorded online lectures, and completes the online assignments according to the given guidelines.
The study requires independent work and scheduling.
Student workload
The workload of the study is designed so that one credit corresponds to an average of 27 hours of student work to achieve the learning objectives. The actual time required varies individually, e.g., due to prior knowledge.
