The student is able to

- present the basic knowledge and skills on the basis of which he/she can participate in project work and project planning
- explain concepts connected with projects, content of a project plan, project time planing and supervising (life circle)

Teaching methods
The foundational part of project management theory is completed independently through an online course.
In-person instruction covers topics related to managing delivery projects, with tasks and project assignments incorporated into the learning process.
A key component of the course is a project assignment, which the group selects from project topics presented at the project workshop seminar.
During the course, students will plan the project assignment, report on its progress, and hold seminars on the project
