Objective

After completing the course, students will be familiar with the factors that influence the management of a diverse work community. Students will be able to describe the key opportunities and tensions associated with managing a diverse workplace. Students can apply different models and tools in managing a diverse work community. Students will understand the DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) themes in organizational context. Students will be able to assess their ability to act as a leader in a diverse workplace and to develop their own skills as a leader in a diverse work environment.
