Content scheduling

The goal is for the participants to know the essential anatomical structures of the human body systems. And to understand the impact of the most common malfunctions or diseases on the functioning of the human body as a whole. The aim is to strengthen the participant's understanding of the functioning of the human body, utilizing a practical nursing aspect.

The course will cover the following body systems:
- The cardiovascular system
- The respiratory system
- The digestive system
- The urinary system

Objective

The goal is for participants to know the most important anatomical structures of the human body systems. And to understand the impact of the most common malfunctions or diseases on the functioning of the human body as a whole. The aim is to strengthen the student's understanding of the functioning of the human body, utilizing a practical nursing aspect

Pass: Score on learning assignments and final exam is 50% or more.

Students can name the main structures belonging to the circulatory, respiratory, digestive and urinary systems and describe the normal functioning of each organ system.

Students are able to describe the effects of the common functional disorders in the human body.
