Objective

The student is able to develop a business based on business idea, taking into account the threats and opportunities of the external and internal environment. The student is able to apply his knowledge in developing a business plan in practice. The student is able to choose a form of business suitable for his / her own business. The student is able to produce basic documents related to the start-up of business activities, such as the founding documents and know the process of estrablish a company. The student knows different financing options for business. The student is able to evaluate the profitability of the business idea and present the idea to the stakeholders.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student has completed the approved assignments / parts and has participated in the course. The student is able to develop a business based on his / her business idea. The student finds threats and opportunities in the analysis of the operating environment, however, without finding any connection to developing their own business. The student is able to apply his knowledge in developing a business plan in practice. The student is able to choose a business form suitable for his / her own business. The student is able to produce basic documents related to the start-up of business, such as the founding documents and knows the process of establish a business. The student is familiar with the financing options for entrepreneurship. The student is able to evaluate the profitability of the business idea satisfactorily. The student is able to present his / her own business idea to stakeholders.

The student has completed the given assignments / sections well and has been actively involved in the course. The Student is able to develop his / her own business idea by utilizing the threats and opportunities found in the analysis of the environment. The student is able to apply his / her knowledge well to prepare a business plan in practice. The student is able to compare, choose a business form that suits his business. The student is able to produce basic documents related to the start-up of business, such as the founding documents and knows the process of establish a business. The student is familiar with the key financing options for entrepreneurship. The student is able to evaluate the profitability of a business idea with different calculations. The student is able to introduce his own business idea to stakeholders.

The student has performed the given assignments / sections excellently and has participated actively and constructively in the course. The student is able to diversify his business from a business perspective by utilizing threats and opportunities based on sources found in the analysis of the environment. The student is able to excellently apply his / her knowledge to prepare a business plan in practice. The student is able to compare, choose and justify a business form that suits his business. The student is able to produce basic documents related to the start-up of business, such as the founding documents and knows the process of establish a business. The student is familiar with various financing options for business operations. The student is able to evaluate the profitability of a business idea with different calculations. The student is able to present his / her business idea to the stakeholders in a condensed , versatile and interesting way.
