Objective

The student can identify the business environment of the company both from the perspective of national economics and law. The student can find more information about the business environment and the related jurisprudence. The student can interpret and determine changes in the operating environment from the point of view of the national economy as well.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student knows how to designate parts of a company's business environment and to identify business law jurisdictions with ease. The student outlines the national economy and the economic cycle but does not figure out their holistic behavior.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student knows what parts of the company's business environment he is and knows how to name some of the main features of jurisdictions regulating the operating environment. The student recognizes economical concepts and knows what parts of the economic cycle they belong to.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student is able to describe the company's operating environment and to identify and know the main features of the legal environment governing the operating environment. The student understands our national monetary system and is able to describe the economic rotation of the economy. The student knows where to get more information on law and is able to apply key legal issues in practice.
