Objective
The student knows how to operate as a party to a contract and s/he is able to make a contract without unclear terms. S/he is able to describe the legal position of the debtor and the creditor. The student knows how ro search for information from legal databases and how to apply the gained knowledge in practice.

The student is able to search for information from Finlex and other legal databases. The student knows how to apply the rules of contract law and the promissory notes act in practice.

The student is able to search for information from legal databases and knows how to apply the gained knowledge in practice. S/he knows how to operate as a party to a contract. The student is able to explain the legal responsibility of the debtor.
