Objective

Occupational and environmental safety in construction
Students are competent in preparing site quality management plans and task-specific quality management plans, also regarding occupational safety.

Competence in the construction process
Students are familiar with quality management systems and know how to apply them in construction projects. Students know the contents of the quality management system selected and are able to draw up quality management plans for construction sites.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student knows the quality concepts and the basics of quality management. The student knows the basics of the quality management of a company and construction site. The student is able to make a simple quality plan and an acceptable task plan for a single task.

The student knows the quality concepts and the key matters of quality management well. The student knows the key aspects of the quality management of a company and construction site. The student is able to make a high-quality quality plan and a task plan for the construction site.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student knows the quality concepts and the key matters of quality management very well. The student knows the key aspects of the quality management of a company and construction site. The student is able to make a high-quality quality plan and a task plan for the construction site in a comprehensive way. The student is able to manage and develop the quality functions of a company/construction site.
