The students develop skills, knowledge and attitudes concerned with principles, techniques, and tools used in planning, control, monitoring, and review of projects. Main competences on the course: proactive development, operating in a workplace, learning to learn

- Conceptual framework of project and process management - Project organization and responsibilities - Project scope and estimation of time and costs - Developing a project network plan - Progress and performance measurement - Risk management - Project marketing - Key processes in projects - Documentation, audit, termination and closure.
