Osaamistavoitteet

After completing the course, the student will have the competence to: - explain the fundamental concepts and principles in CRM and sales - formulate and assess strategic, operational and tactical CRM decisions - understand the differences between various CRM systems - analyze and utilize sales and customer data to support business planning - apply key analytical tools and software to manage customer relationships
