Objective
The Objective of the course is to provide student with an ability to apply concepts, principles, procedures and techniques of an ERP system, the business processes it controls and associate those concepts in the leadership framework and principles. Student can combine the benefits of ERP and leadership and is able to identify general errors observed practice or alternatively find best-practices in academic or professional literature. After the completing the course, student is able to define and evaluate the benefits of ERP and leadership outcomes.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
Shows a basic level of knowledge about ERP concepts and principles in business processes. Can describe but may not deeply recognize the connections between ERP and leadership. Is capable of using basic concepts and methods but may not apply them in complex situations.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
Capable of applying ERP principles and procedures in various business processes. Able to identify and justify commonly occurring errors in using an ERP system. Demonstrates an understanding of the connection between ERP and leadership.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
Ability to apply ERP concepts and principles in complex business processes and leadership contexts. Capable of independently identifying and analyzing industry challenges and applying best practices from academic or professional sources. Demonstrates a profound understanding of integrating ERP and leadership, able to justify the benefits of this integration.
Assessment criteria, approved/failed
Failed Poor understanding of ERP concepts and principles and their application in business processes. Inability to identify and apply basic principles and practices related to ERP systems and leadership. Unable to justify the connections or benefits between ERP and leadership. Limited ability to apply learned concepts in practical examples or case studies. Required tasks not submitted, leading to a failing grade in the exam if applicable.
