Trauma-informed work community (3cr)

Objective

The student is able to describe the basic features of the onset of trauma, its effects on everyday life, and the means of prevention, support and recovery. The student knows the cornerstones of the trauma-informed approach at the individual and community level
The student is familiar with the trauma-minded way of thinking from the perspective of the employee, the work community and leadership. The student identifies the basic features of the close trends of a trauma-informed work approach in the changing trends in current working life.

- applying the life script method to one's own life
- community self-awareness
intra - Community manuscript
- the application of the Sanctuary model or any other development model to an anonymous work community;
- system intelligence in working life

Qualifications

basic and professional studies completed in one's own degree program and / or a few years of work experience in one's own field

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student is able to name the basics of the course and utilize them in their assignments. Describes information provided by theory and research.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student is able to compare and apply the themes of the course at the individual and community level.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student is able to analyze and evaluate the themes of the course at the individual, community and societal level.
