Need and function of nutrition in the organism during nutritional care, guidelines for healthy nutrition to prevent prevalent diseases, challenges in the nutrition of people of different ages. Statutory duties and safety guidelines for health care organizations, e.g. needlestick injuries, safe care environment, accidents.
