Objective

Supervised by professionals, students are able to carry out common construction management and planning duties of junior professionals. At least half of the practical training (15 cr) must be undertaken in the summer between the 3rd and 4th year of study.

Content

Familiarisation with work duties, construction techniques, occupational safety and various workplace practices in the field of construction. This course involves supervised practical training undertaken after 3 years of study. Students are supervised by senior construction management professionals and engineers in workplaces. Students draw up a report for their practical training period. Students also regularly write learning diaries throughout the practical training period.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

The student gives in the report, the diary and the testimonial to his/her supervisor after the training period.
