Objective

Upon completion of the course, student will
- understand the basics of repair shop designing.
- be able to explain repair shop processes.
- be competent in interpreting common key figures in repair shop.
- know how to suggest procedures for improving the operations in a repair shop.
- be able to define environmental issues concerning repair shop operations.
- be able to justify the significance of customer service
- be able to seek information on the subject.
