Objective

The student is able to:
- apply what they have learned
- utilise their professional experience in work assignments
- act independently in work communities
- analyse the development needs at the workplace where the traineeship takes place
- analyse their own professional competencies in writing and orally
- recognise their own areas requiring development

Content

Guided traineeship at a workplace determined beforehand

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

The grade is Pass, when the student
- participates in search for the traineeship post
- signs a traineeship agreement with the employer
- copes with the duties assigned during their traineeship
- gives ideas for improvement for the operations of the workplace
- recognises their own needs for development and leaning
- participates in the final processing of the traineeship period
- submits a traineeship report as required
