Objective

The student deepens the understanding of the nurse's profession and responsibility. He/she evaluates critically the development into a nurse and defines development goals for his/her career. The student actively shares and uses his/her nursing competence and expertise when working in pairs, teams and networks.

The nurse's profession and competence. Professional growth and development during the third and fourth study year.
