Osaamistavoitteet

This course provides an in-depth examination of the international regulatory frameworks and oversight mechanisms governing the social and healthcare sectors. Special emphasis is placed on the international rules and agreements (e.g. UN, EU, WHO) that shape the required education, licensing of service providers, regulatory oversight, and the registration of professional titles within these fields. Ethical considerations in regulation and service provision will also be a key focus.
By the end of the course, students will have a comprehensive understanding of the complexities involved in the international regulation of social and healthcare services and will be equipped to critically analyze and contribute to policy development in these fields.
