The student understands the safety regulations and risk factors of fitness testing. The student understands the importance of validity and reliability when choosing and using assessment tools.

The student understands the safety regulations and risk factors of fitness testing, as well as the importance of validity and reliability when choosing and using assessment tools.
Fail:
The student cannot assess physical activity using questionnaires and activity diaries.
