Objective

The student
- can act based on evidence in multiprofessional outpatient nursing work, taking into account the patient's age, growth and development stage, as well as client and patient safety, ethical requirements and sustainable development of various treatment and service environments.
- can assess the resources of patients with different cultural backgrounds and their next to kin and support them in the planning, implementation and evaluation of outpatient nursing work of different ages.
- can plan, implement and evaluate outpatient nursing work.
- manages the key procedures and diagnostic tests required in outpatient care, as well as monitoring and guiding the patient as part of the patient's overall treatment.
- knows how to support and promote the health, functional capacity and self-care of patients of different ages and their next to kin at outpatient clinics.

- is capable of client-centered and safe clinical practice based on ethical principles.
- possesses adequate skills in client-centered clinical decision-making in out-patient nursing
- is prepared to develop client-centered clinical out-patient nursing.

- competently and extensively uses the concepts and knowledge of client-centered clinical out-patient nursing.
- evaluates and critically uses evidence-based knowledge in client-centered clinical out-patient nursing.
- implements his/her competence in client-centered clinical nursing in an anticipatory manner and is capable of independent decision-making in various client-centered clinical nursing situations.
- is capable of client-centered, responsible and safe clinical practice.
- applies alternative solutions to decision-making in client-centered clinical out-patient nursing.
- evaluates action and safety in client-centered clinical out-patient nursing based on professional ethical principles of registered nursing.
- acts as an expert of client-centered clinical nursing in multidisciplinary teams and projects in collaboration with people who represent different cultures.
- purposefully develops himself/herself and the working community in client-centered clinical nursing.

- implements his/her competence in client-centered clinical nursing in an anticipatory manner and is capable of independent decision-making in various client-centered clinical out-patient nursing situations.
- assumes responsibility for the patient's/client's care and service process in client-centered clinical out-patient nursing.
