The student narrowly recognizes the importance of self-management as an athlete for development and is unable to plan his or her personal time appropriately.
The student does not recognize the effects of self-confidence and motivation on his / her well-being and does not fully explain the components of his / her motivation.

The student is able to name the most important areas that affect the athlete's well-being and is able to explain their main role in overall well-being.
The student is able to name the importance of self-management as an athlete for development and to some extent is able to plan his / her personal time appropriately.
The student is able to explain the effects of self-confidence and motivation on his / her well-being and is able to list some components of his / her motivation.
