Tavoitteet

Students get familiar with Finnish work life, and the duties, and rights of both employers and employees. They are able to perform the tasks, practices, and culture(s) of the company they have chosen. Students are able to evaluate their own skills and competencies compared to the requirements of work life.

Sisältö

Practical training to be performed in a context accepted by the UAS:
- Application for placement
- Practical training
- Reporting (before, during, and after the training period)

Arviointikriteeri, hyväksytty/hylätty

For a pass grade, student’s reporting and company’s feedback are required in accordance with the practical training guidelines.
Can be replaced by previous work experience (at least 8 months in the same company in professional business-related tasks).
