Objective

The student
-knows how to meet clients, families and community members as an expert of one's own life.
-is able to communicate in a professional and therapeutic context with clients and next-of-kin of various ages.
-can evaluate and develop his/her interaction and co-operation skills.

-is able to assess the client's / patient's needs, resources and own responsibility in planning guidance and self-care.
-can plan and implement individual and group counseling together with the client / patient and other experts.
-can use customer / patient-oriented teaching and guidance methods.
-can evaluate the results of guidance together with the client / patient and next of kin
-is able to support the client / patient and his/ her next-of-kin in committing to care.

-is able to act in individual interaction and co-operation situations according to instructions.
-knows how to work with various actors in a professional manner, observing equality principles.
-examines his/her strengths and development needs in relation to client-centered professional competence.
- knows superficially the concept of guidance and the factors influencing the quality of the guiding process and is able to superficially adapt the guiding methods.
- have made an effort to structure the subject area, but the treatment remains narrow and superficial in relation to the professional field.

-understands the concept of supervision, the factors influencing the quality of supervision and is able to apply evidence-based supervision methods in nursing practice.

-does not want to or does not know how to work with various actors in a a professional manner, considering equality principles.
- is unfamiliar with the concept of guidance and its manifestation in nursing practice.
- is not able to recognize the factors influencing the quality of guidance or to name the guiding methods.
