Objective
The student is able to formulate a contract which is not open to various interpretations. The student knows how to operate as a participant in a contract. The student is able to describe the main principles of the sale of movables, especially the rights and obligations of the buyer and the seller both in consumer trade and in business-to-business trade. The student is able to perceive the impact of EU law on consumer protection in Finland.

The student is able to make an agreement, which contains the relevant things. S/he is able to explain rights and duties of contracting parties. The student is able to find and apply in practice the essential legislation concerning to business-to-business trade and consumer trade.

The student is able to make an agreement, which is not subject to interpretation. S/he is able to act as a party to an agreement. The student is able to find, compare and apply in practice legislation concerning to business-to-business trade and consumer trade.
