Objective
Good self-management skills will help managers work purposefully and effectively utilizing their own resources. After completing the course the student understands the significance of self-management. They recognize the factors that affect their behavior as well as their strengths and development sites for self-management in different areas. The student knows the ways to develop self-knowledge and change readiness.
Content
1) Self-knowledge
- the student understands different personality approaches and is able to recognize and reflect one's own values and attitudes, to use one's own temperament, and to recognize the factors that influence one's own motivation
2) Life management
- time management, stress, emotional intelligence, readiness for change and professional identity
