Osaamistavoitteet
The student identifies his/her own strengths and areas for development, as well as the importance of self-efficacy and resilience (tolerance of uncertainty and failure) when analyzing his/her entrepreneurial competence. The student can structure the basic requirements for a profitable business and use the Business Model Canvas (BMC) tool to present the core points of a business idea. He/she becomes familiar with megatrends and current phenomena as well as responsibilities and can apply their impact to his/her own business idea. The student identifies the stages of company founding and becomes familiar with SEAMK's entrepreneurship support services. In addition, the student reports on her/his use of artificial intelligence according to SEAMK's reporting guidelines and she/he can follow the schedules for the course.

• Entrepreneurship, intrapreneurship and employer perspective.
• Basic concepts of business, e.g. earning logic, customer focus, risks
• Business Model Canvas (BMC) planning tool and the importance of basic calculations
• Megatrends (e.g. digitalization, artificial intelligence, demography) and integration of corporate responsibility dimensions (economic, social, environmental) into the assessment of a business idea.
• Special features of one's own degree program in entrepreneurship.
• SeAMK's entrepreneurship support services.

Passed (H)
• The student identifies their own entrepreneurial capabilities and the importance of resilience (tolerance of uncertainty) in their own operations.
• The student can describe the basic prerequisites for a profitable business and identify its basic risks.
• The student identifies the importance of megatrends and the principles of responsibility for the future development of a business idea.
• The student identifies different forms of entrepreneurship and SEAMK's entrepreneurship support services.
• The student acts responsibly when completing assignments.
• The student utilizes artificial intelligence ethically and critically in the development of a business idea and follows the instructions given for using AI tools in assignments.
Failed (F)
The course is assessed as failed if the student does not demonstrate knowledge and skills in accordance with the criteria for acceptance in their assignments.
