Objective
Students are familiar with the background of patient counselling. They know how to plan, implement and evaluate a counselling process. Students are able to use various counselling methods and written, visual and online materials in patients counselling.
Content
The background and principles of patient counselling. Conceptions of learning, counselling and teaching processes. Counselling methods and virtual services in patient counselling.
