Objective

Students
- are able to define the components of physical fitness
- can explain the effects of stress on the organism
- are able to name various methods of measuring wellbeing and welfare
- recognise approriate methods of testing and assessing wellbeing and welfare
- know how to analyse and evaluate the results of the measurements
- know how to provide feedback for the results of the measurements
- are able to evaluate the potential of sports and welfare technology in promoting health and welfare

- Measurement of physical function and performance, and analysis of the results
- Measuring wellbeing and welfare; welfare technology
- Questionnaires
- Providing feedback

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Pass:
Students participate in the course sessions (except in online courses) and activities.
Students demonstrate that they have achieved the learning outcomes by completing the assignments during the course with the grade "pass"
Fail: Students fail to participate in the course sessions and activities.
Students have not achieved the learning outcomes and cannot demontrate their competence in them.
