- describe the opportunities to exploit incorporeal rights

- strategic analyses, Life Cycle Analysis (LCA)
- service design and user-orientation
- different incorporeal rights and their importance in the creative economy

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

The grade is Pass if the student
- is able to take business strategies into account while implementing a commission
- is able to take competitive environments into account while implementing a commission
- is able to apply produtisation in the assessment of business opportunities
- is able to apply incorporeal rights for protecting business ideas
