Objective
Students are able to evaluate relationships between professionals and clients as part of social policy institutional action and to explain various principles, limitations and possibilities of a client-centred approach.

Presumed roles of professionals and clients, the client-centred approach, clients’ possibilities to influence services and systems of producing services.
