Objective

The student can apply Service Dominant Logic to describe added value produced for the customer. The student can create innovation ideas based on customer needs, evaluate said ideas, and can select ideas for further development based on reasoned arguments. The student can describe and plan product and service development processes. The student can apply essential legislation concerning new product development.

Basic studies.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Excellent (5): The student has done the work to an excellent standard and participated actively and constructively. The student can apply Service Dominant Logic to describe added value produced for the customer. The student can create innovation ideas based on customer needs, evaluate said ideas, and can select ideas for further development based on reasoned arguments. The student can describe and plan product and service development processes. The student can apply essential legislation concerning new product development
Good (4-3): The student has done the work well and participated actively. The student can apply Service Dominant Logic to describe added value produced for the customer. The student can create innovation ideas based on customer needs, evaluate said ideas, and can select ideas for further development based on reasoned arguments.
