Objective

The student knows various drugs and medicines and can use them appropriately to treat diseases and dysfuncion. The student is familiar with the effective mechanisms of medicines and understands how drugs affect the organism. The students knows the central features, uses and side and combined effects of common drugs.

Drugs and medicines. Appropriate use of medicines. Effective mechanisms of medicines. Medicines for different purposes. Side and combined effects.

- lists various drugs and pharmaceutical products and knows how to use them on a satisfactory level to treat various illnesses and disorders
- names the effective mechanisms of various medicines and understands the impact of various drugs on the human organism
- describes the primary features of the more common drugs, their uses, side effects and combined effects
