Case Management in Social Services and Health Care, Specialisation Education (30 cr) have six courses , each 5 credits. Studies last for one year.
Objective
Client needs and support of t the client are very multiformed nowadays. Our service system is very complicated and the need for the case management is increasing all the time.
In case management specialisation education studies student can deepen the know-how as a expertise of the client- and service coordinator. Student increases also the knowledge to recognize and develop individual and useful services for client as widely as possible. Student get the tools to develop client- and service coordination practices also in regional and organizational level.
A person who specializes in client- and service coordination may be required to perform demanding service management and service coordination tasks, including as a service manager, case manager, and service integrator.
