Objective
Students will be familiar with the problematics of project management concerning just one project, multiple projects or in companies that specialise in project work. Upon completion of the course, students will have command of the duties and dimensions of project managers. They will also be aware of the latest trends in project research.

Basics of the project work, Technical competences, Behavioral competences, Contextual competences, Project, programme & portfolio implementation, Project handbook and project documentation

5: Student knows excellent project terminology. Student can draft project plans excellent and can operate easily in multi-project environment. Student knows project standards and documents well. Student can work excellent in different roles in projects.
