Objective

The student knows essential laws and regulations on marketing. The student knows which legal frameworks apply in both consumer and B2B-marketing.

Legal studies in virtual enterprise activities.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student has carried out work and participated as instructed. The student is able to recognize and plan marketing both for consumers and for another merchant by taking into consideration marketing legislation.

The student has carried out work well and participated actively. The student is able to recognize and plan well marketing both for consumers and for another merchant by taking into consideration marketing legislation.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student has carried out work to an excellent standard and participated actively and constructively. The student is able to recognize and plan very well marketing both for consumers and for another merchant by taking into consideration marketing legislation.
