Objective
The student can evaluate and analyze the current state of the company from the point of view of growth and development and evaluate the key challenges of growing and developing the existing business from the perspective of an SME. The student knows how to prepare a growth strategy for an SME and understands the prerequisites for managing the growth of an SME.

The student can write the current state analysis and growth strategy for case-company but produces conventional present-moment derived strategic solutions.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
The student knows how to prepare a current situation analysis and a growth strategy for an SME, but the analysis is not systematic and comprehensive, the growth strategy remains detached.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
The student knows how to prepare a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the current situation and a growth strategy for an SME.
