Objective
The goal of the "Managing Retail Profitability" course is to understand, from the retailer’s perspective, which factors affect profitability and which factors can be influenced. As part of profitability, the course also covers retail-related law, personnel management, and data-driven management.
The K Group is used as an example in the course, but it also provides extensive knowledge about the retail sector in general.
