Objective
Students are able to:
- interpret and explain the main concepts and methods of service design and evaluate their feasibility
- analyse and compare how service design has been applied
- see process development activities from user perspective, especially using service design methods. 
- analyse and recognize challenges in developing their enterprise or organization and apply service design thinking in practice 
- carry out a small-scale service design project in a team

Pass:
Students recognise and are able to describe the main concepts and methods of service design and user-oriented development. Students know how to utilise user-oriented knowledge when planning and implementing a service design project. 
Fail:  
Students have not achieved the learning outcomes of the course and are unable to demonstrate their competence.
