Objective

The student can compare different research and development approaches and apply various methods and models in practical development work. The student is familiar with the most common data collection methods in research-based development activities, as well as other methods and practical applications for developing work community operations. The student understands the practical implementation of the action research development process with its various stages.

Student shows ability to use research-based development activities diversely. Students know how to critically analyze and evaluate research and development approaches, ideas, practices and models and other development methods of the work community.
