Objective
After completing the course, students will be able to present the partners involved in children's library work and explain the basis for cooperation with each of them and why it is important. They will be familiar with the prerequisites for multidisciplinary and multi-professional cooperation. They will be able to plan and build cooperation in a multidisciplinary cooperation group.
Content
Key partners in children's library work (child health clinics, early childhood education, schools, organizations, and hobby groups)
Guiding documents (curriculum guidelines of early childhood education and elementary schools, national literacy strategy and literacy program, cultural education plans)

Assessment criteria, approved/failed
The course is completed when the student is able to name and define the important partners in children's library work in their own municipality. The student is able to explain what kind of cooperation is already in place and suggest new forms of cooperation. The student is able to justify the principles and rules of cooperation. He/she is able to plan the start of cooperation with one new partner.
