Objective

After completing the course, the student is aware of the whole of immediate leadership and knows the basics of effective immediate leadership. He understands the different roles, responsibilities, and obligations of a supervisor. He/she is able to act in different interaction situations between the supervisor and the subordinate and solve various problem situations in the work community. He/she is able to evaluate and develop occupational well-being management. The student is able to define and explain different ways to evaluate, identify and develop competence in an organization. He/she is able to apply competence management methods in cooperation with the organization's management.
