Objective

After completing the course, the student is able to:
- Analyze different customer situations and customer behavior
- Explain the stages of the service event and identify the components of service quality
- Apply what they have learned to customer service in both internal and external contexts
- Explain the components of service quality in both personal and digital service
- Explain general concepts related to marketing as well as functions related to the automotive industry’s economy and product sales
- Search for the latest information on the subject.
